A high school teacher was grading papers late one night when she noticed a strange note on the back of a failing physics exam.
It was from her most handsome—but least studious—student.
The note read:
“I’d do anything for a passing grade. And I mean… anything. 😉”
The next morning, the teacher called him to her desk after class.
She looked at him over her glasses.
Then she leaned in and whispered,
“If you really mean anything… then there’s something you can do for me.”
The student’s face lit up.
“Really?”
She nodded.
He leaned closer.
“What do you want?”
She calmly handed him his exam.
“Study.”
His smile disappeared.
“Study?”
“Yes.”
She pointed at the first question.
“Do that one.”
He stared at the paper.
“What about the passing grade?”
She smiled.
“You want a passing grade? Earn it.”
He sighed and picked up his pencil.
Twenty minutes later, he looked up.
“Mrs. Carter?”
“Yes?”
“Can I ask you something?”
“What?”
He pointed at the exam.
“Would it help if I promised to do anything?”
She smiled.
“Absolutely.”
He waited.
She said,
“Anything… including your homework.”
The student dropped his pencil.
The teacher laughed.
“Welcome to physics.” 😂
